Unsolved Homicide

On April 28, 2021, shortly before 10:30 p.m., David Anderson, 38, was fatally shot in the alleyway behind his Hamilton residence. Investigators believe he was killed during a robbery involving an unknown amount of marijuana and possibly money.

Hamilton Police are asking the public to review released images showing two of the four male suspects believed to be involved. The images were captured shortly before the shooting.

Released video also shows four male suspects fleeing through an alleyway just west of Chestnut Avenue. They were last seen running eastbound from Gibson Street toward Chestnut Avenue.

Do you recognize anyone in the images or video? Hamilton Police urge anyone with information about these individuals or David’s murder to come forward. Even a small detail could help identify those responsible and provide answers to his family.

You do not need to have witnessed the crime or be certain your information is significant. Something you saw, heard or remember could help investigators find answers for a family still waiting.
